Why executive search automates now.

Mid-market executive search lives off the volume filter. 200 to 400 CVs per mandate, maybe 20 fit the shortlist. But someone has to read all of them first. That blocks senior advisers who, instead of talking to candidates, spend three days reading CVs. With eight mandates per month, that is a third of adviser capacity.

What changes after a pilot: Rita reads each CV against the requirements. Writes a justification per candidate, lists top 25 prioritised, marks gaps where requirement X is not covered. The adviser validates in one hour. Three days become three hours, mandates per month rise from eight to fourteen.
