Before every pilot we record two numbers in writing. The fixed price and the success criterion. If we miss the criterion, we build further at my cost or you do not pay the final installment.
Fixed-price guarantee
14,000 EUR for the pilot. In writing. What we wrote is what we build. Extra effort is on me, not you. No day rates, no quiet change requests.
Pilot success guarantee
Before pilot start we agree in writing on a measurable success criterion. Example: 80 percent correctly pre-sorted emails after 10 weeks. If I miss the criterion in week 11, we build further at my cost, or you do not pay the final installment. Plain and simple.
48-hour cancellation
Within the first 48 hours after contract signing you can withdraw without reason. No fine print, no cancellation share.
Code ownership from week one
Code, prompts, blueprints, and access live in your cloud from week one. You can switch to someone else or in-house at any time. No license, no lock-in.
Solo continuity plan
Backup operator named in the contract. IT liability insurance of 2M EUR. Sick-day SLA of at most 5 working days. All secrets and access live in your vault, not on my machine. More about the operator: /about.
