Data collection

What data is generated by your visit

// server log files

When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically records technical data your browser transmits: IP address (in shortened, anonymised form), date and time of the request, URL accessed, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR for the purpose of stable operation and defence against attacks. Log data is deleted after at most 30 days.

// hosting

The website is operated by an EU-based hosting provider. No personal data is transferred to third countries as part of regular website operation. No AI provider (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI) is integrated into website operation.

// cookies

This website does not use tracking or marketing cookies. If you switch between German and English via the language switcher, your choice is stored in a technically necessary cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) so the site greets you in the chosen language on your next visit. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

// email contact

If you contact me by email, your details will be used exclusively to process your request and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract or pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient correspondence). Your request will be deleted as soon as the matter is closed and no statutory retention obligations stand in the way, but at the latest after three years.
